Chapter One

Our story opens with Angel punching Caleb in the face. If you've seen the episode, there's no change - Buffy fights with Caleb and ends up cleaving him in two. She and Angel talk about life, the universe and Spike, then he takes her to meet Wes, Fred, Gunn and Lorne (whom she instinctively attacks, but immediately grows to.)

An important note: the 'Cookie-Dough' talk doesn't happen - my AU (Alternative Universe) kicks in right before they step outside the crypt.
